Exhibition Of Photographs And Video At The Nelson Mandela Foundation, Johannesburg
The Foundation commissioned Zimmedia to curate ‘On the Frontline’ a photographic exhibition showing the invasion and cross border attacks by apartheid South Africa on the Frontline States, and how their resistance and support helped overthrow Apartheid. Graça Machel opened the exhibition and reflected on how South African xenophobia against migrants from the Frontline states ignored the debt owed to the Frontline States for their part in the overthrow of Apartheid. The exhibition travelled overseas including to Bristol, UK.
